Underfloor heating is a cost effective way to heat your residence. Underfloor heating is greatly used as a safer option as there is no exposed pipework to cause injury to anyone. A 12 monthly service of your underfloor and central heating system is recommended. 

Our underfloor heating service includes 

• Checking the systems pressure, 
• Checking system cleanliness, colour of the water in flow metres, inhibitor levels and checking for bacteria growth within the system through lab tests, 
• Removing any excess air in the system, 
• Proving the thermostats are operating correctly and marry up to the correct manifold loop, 
• Check all moving components are free and operating correctly,
• Balance the system to manufacturers design, 
• Inspect any problem areas identified by the home staff or residents with a thermal imaging system.
• Dosing the systems to make sure the inhibitor levels are correct, rectify these issues if required.
