Regan Mechanical Services LTD provides six monthly and annual TMV servicing, six monthly services are recommended. To comply with D 08 TMV fitted within the health care sector are required to be serviced every 6 months with other sectors requiring annual servicing. This service makes sure that the fail safe function of the valves are working to the optimum ability to protect against scalding by merging hot and cold water to a safe temperature. This essential service is simple and ensures you are compliant with your companies’ water hygiene and Legionella prevention management plan as well as legal legislation. 

Our TMV servicing includes; 

• Testing the fail safe functionality of the valves, 
• Cleaning the strainers installed within the valves or valve supply, 
• Descaling and disinfecting the valve body 
• Testing the blended temperature of water to make sure that it is a safe temperature for its users.
